    Workout Routines?

    Hey guys,

    I don't play as much tennis as I would like but I want to get into shape to practice more often. I usually do the standard workout routine where its cardio and different muscle groups. Does anyone have any other suggestions for conditioning? Appreciate it

    I just play tennis, but i know that will need to workout and I want to to do legs, legs and legs hahaha, as a good girl :-)
